• The participants are expected to have genuine interest in the US political and legislative system. 

• No prior knowledge on the legislative procedure will be required. 

• However, the delegates will be provided with a study guide and brief rules of procedure which they are expected to have studied prior to the simulation. 

• Further instructions and guidance concerning their research will also be provided to them in time.  

• The simulation will be conducted in English

• No written documents will be required by the delegates prior to the simulation. 

• Previous experience in simulations is not required
